I dispositivi che abbiamo fisicamente in casa, divisi per stanza, con i prestiti tracciati e l'inventario che resta un normale file Excel sulla cartella di rete.
Un pacchetto zip per Windows, da estrarre sulla postazione. Contiene Python e tutte le librerie: non c'e' niente da installare. L'inventario invece sta sulla cartella di rete, uno solo per tutti, e il programma ci si collega in due clic. Il modello Excel serve a caricare in blocco laptop e tablet gia' censiti altrove.
Nel pacchetto non c'e' nessun eseguibile costruito da
noi: dentro ci sono il Python ufficiale di python.org, firmato dalla Python
Software Foundation, e il programma in chiaro come file .py. E'
quello che permette di installarlo anche dove la sicurezza aziendale guarda con
sospetto i binari non firmati.

Il programma sta sulle postazioni, l'inventario sulla cartella di rete. Uno solo, per tutti. Si prepara una copia sola e si distribuisce.
C:\Inventario — non sulla cartella di rete. Se lo zip ha la
spunta Annulla blocco nelle proprieta', usala prima di estrarre; se non
c'e', non serve.Collega inventario condiviso.bat: si apre una finestra,
sfoglia fino alla cartella di rete e scegli quella. Niente percorsi da
copiare. Se l'inventario non c'e' ancora viene creato vuoto; se c'e', non
viene toccato. Su quella cartella serve il permesso di Modifica.
La stessa cosa si puo' fare dal programma, in
Impostazioni › Collega inventario condiviso…Produzione\Inventario.xlsx dentro la cartella di rete, con
esattamente quel nome. Un foglio da importare invece non va copiato li':
si carica da dentro il programma con Importa xls….Crea collegamento sul desktop.bat per l'icona sulla scrivania.Sulla cartella di rete non finisce nessun programma: solo i dati. Aggiornare significa sostituire la cartella locale su ogni postazione, e l'inventario non viene mai sfiorato.
La home mostra una scheda per stanza con il conteggio, piu' il contenitore che raccoglie tutti gli iPhone. Sotto, l'inventario completo.

Verde chiaro gli iPhone, azzurro i tablet Dell, viola quelli gia' rispediti, rosso quelli in prestito. Ogni riga porta il pulsante che le serve: Presta e Registra rientro nella stanza dei prestiti, SPEDITO nel contenitore degli iPhone.
I dati stanno in un unico .xlsx sulla cartella di rete: e' insieme
l'archivio e l'inventario che apri in Excel. Niente database, niente servizi da tenere accesi.
Ogni movimento si registra quando avviene, da chi lo compie: alla review non c'e' niente da preparare, si esporta e si manda. Come si usa.
Chi ha accesso alla cartella ha accesso all'inventario. Nessun elenco di utenti da gestire, nessuna password in piu'.
Ogni salvataggio passa da un lock esclusivo e riscrive il file in modo atomico. L'elenco a video si aggiorna da solo quando qualcun altro salva.
Nelle stanze abilitate, un pulsante sulla riga registra nome, data e ora. Finche' il dispositivo e' fuori la riga e' rossa e lo stato In prestito.
Una tendina nell'intestazione, e un'altra nelle impostazioni, traducono tutta l'interfaccia, le colonne e gli stati. I file si possono esportare in inglese anche lavorando in italiano.
Un pulsante registra giorno e ora della spedizione al servizio telefonia. Il telefono diventa viola e resta consultabile per tre mesi. Un iPhone si elimina solo dopo la spedizione, e comunque non prima che i tre mesi siano passati.
Scegli prima che cosa stai aggiungendo, poi come: a mano oppure scansionando asset tag e numero di serie con il lettore - o l'IMEI, se e' un iPhone. Se un codice non si legge, un pulsante passa alla scrittura a mano per quel campo.
Stato e note si cambiano con un doppio clic direttamente nell'elenco, senza aprire nessuna finestra.
Nella cartella Collaudo - che viaggia accanto al programma - trovi due fogli pronti, 30 dispositivi dieci per stanza piu' uno pieno di errori voluti, le prove passo passo e come caricare l'inventario definitivo quando hai finito.
Se un'importazione va storta, Impostazioni › Ripristina da una copia… riporta l'inventario a una versione buona: le copie sono elencate dalla piu' recente, con data e numero di dispositivi. Se ne tengono dieci.
Salva copia in locale… mette uno zip con inventario e impostazioni dove vuoi, fuori dalla rete. Ripristina da un file locale… lo rimette a posto tutto - dispositivi e stanze - dopo un riepilogo che dice come resterebbe ogni stanza.
Due strade per togliere trenta dispositivi senza cercarli uno per uno:
Elimina + con i codici incollati, e Elimina da Excel con un file -
fino a 300 per volta. Tutte e due mostrano prima da quali stanze spariscono,
uno per uno, e chiedono di scrivere ACCETTO. Finiscono negli
eliminati di recente, che tengono 500 record per 30 giorni: se non ci stanno
tutti il programma chiede che fare, invece di buttare fuori i piu' vecchi in
silenzio.
Un pulsante svuota l'inventario per ricaricarlo da un file, dopo una conferma da scrivere per esteso e una copia di sicurezza automatica. Gli iPhone non vengono mai toccati.

compilalo e importalo: un foglio unico si divide per stanza scrivendo
BAU, KIOSK o DISASTER su una riga vuota -
la guida al formato lo spiega con gli esempi.
L'esportazione chiede se vuoi tutto o una stanza sola, in un foglio, in un
foglio per stanza o in un file per stanza, e alla fine puo' aprire un
messaggio di Outlook con il file gia' allegato.
Gli iPhone restano fuori da import ed export: si gestiscono solo dal programma.
L'eseguibile pubblicato viene costruito automaticamente da GitHub Actions su una macchina Windows a ogni versione. Se vuoi farlo in casa, serve solo Python.

Su macOS serve un Python con Tk 8.6 o superiore: quello di python.org va bene. Su Windows non serve niente di tutto questo: il pacchetto pronto si porta dietro il suo Python.
The devices we physically hold, split by room, with loans tracked and the inventory staying an ordinary Excel file on the network folder.
A zip package for Windows, extracted onto the workstation. It carries Python and every library: there is nothing to install. The inventory lives on the network folder instead, one for everybody, and the program links to it in two clicks. The Excel template is for loading laptops and tablets already recorded elsewhere.
There is no executable built by us in the package:
inside there are the official python.org Python, signed by the Python Software
Foundation, and the program in plain sight as .py files. That is
what lets it be installed even where corporate security looks at unsigned
binaries with suspicion.

The program goes on the workstations, the inventory on the network folder. One inventory, for everybody. You prepare one copy and hand it out.
C:\Inventario — not onto the network folder. If the zip has
the Unblock tick in its properties, use it before extracting; if it is
not there, nothing to do.Collega inventario condiviso.bat: a window opens, browse to
the network folder and pick it. No paths to copy. If the inventory is not there
yet an empty one is created; if it is, it is left alone. You need Modify
permission on that folder. The same can be done from the program, under
Settings › Link shared inventory…Produzione\Inventario.xlsx inside the network folder, with exactly
that name. A sheet to import, on the other hand, does not go there: it is
loaded from inside the program with Import xls….Crea collegamento sul desktop.bat for the desktop icon.No program ends up on the network folder: only the data. Updating means replacing the local folder on each workstation, and the inventory is never touched.
The home page shows one card per room with its count, plus the container gathering every iPhone. Below, the full inventory.

Light green for iPhones, blue for Dell tablets, purple for those already shipped back, red for those on loan. Each row carries the button it needs: Lend and Register return in the room with loans, Confirm shipment in the iPhone container.
The data lives in a single .xlsx on the network folder: it is
both the store and the inventory you open in Excel. No database, no service
to keep running.
Every movement is recorded as it happens, by whoever performs it: at review time there is nothing to prepare, you export and send. How it's meant to be used.
Whoever can reach the folder can use the inventory. No separate user list, no extra password.
Every save goes through an exclusive lock and rewrites the file atomically. The on-screen list refreshes by itself when somebody else saves.
In the rooms that allow it, a button on the row records name, date and time. While the device is out the row is red and the status is On loan.
A dropdown in the settings translates the whole interface, the columns and the statuses. Files can be exported in English even while working in Italian.
When adding a device you can scan the asset tag and serial number - or the IMEI, for an iPhone - and type only the model. If a barcode will not read, a button switches that field to typing.
A button records day and time of the shipment to the phone service. The phone turns purple and stays available for reference for three months. An iPhone can only be deleted after the shipment, and never before those months are up.
Status and notes are changed with a double-click straight in the list, without opening any window.
The Collaudo folder - which travels next to the program - holds two ready sheets, 30 devices ten per room plus one full of deliberate mistakes, the step-by-step checks and how to load the final inventory when you are done.
If an import goes wrong, Settings › Restore from a copy… takes the inventory back to a good version: the copies are listed newest first, with date and device count. Ten of them are kept.
Save a local copy… puts a zip with the inventory and the settings wherever you want, off the network. Restore from a local file… puts it all back - devices and rooms - after a summary saying how every room would end up.
Two ways to remove thirty devices without looking for them one by one:
Delete + with the codes pasted, and Delete from Excel with a file -
up to 300 at a time. Both show first which rooms they disappear from, one by
one, and ask you to type ACCETTO. They land in the recently
deleted, which hold 500 records for 30 days: if they do not all fit the program
asks what to do, instead of throwing the oldest out in silence.
A button empties the inventory to reload it from a file, after a confirmation
typed in full and an automatic copy into the Backup folder.
iPhones are never touched.

fill it in and import it: a single sheet is split by room by writing
BAU, KIOSK or DISASTER on an empty row -
the format guide explains it with examples.
Exporting asks whether you want everything or one room, in one sheet, one sheet
per room or one file per room, and can end by opening an Outlook message with
the file already attached.
Not needed if you download the release: the executable is built automatically by GitHub Actions on a Windows machine at every version.

On macOS you need a Python with Tk 8.6 or newer: the one from python.org works. On Windows none of this is needed: the ready-made package carries its own Python.
